Animation Producer + Writer

ABOUT

Hello friends! Matt Jepsky here! Let me be the first to thank you for visiting my website and learning a bit about me! I truly appreciate it! Let me tell you a little about me while I have you here.

I am an animation industry professional with a passion for crafting thought-provoking and laugh-inducing stories. Growing up, animation was more than entertainment; it was an art form that inspired me. From watching Family Guy with my dad to diving into some of my favorites like Archer, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Venture Bros, and more, I developed an appreciation for the limitless creativity and emotional depth that animated shows can achieve.

In 2018, I landed my dream start as an intern on my favorite show of all time, BoJack Horseman. That experience not only ignited my career but also taught me the importance of running efficient productions that empower creators and artists to focus on the magic of storytelling. Over the next five years, I honed my skills, eventually becoming a Production Manager at the Oscar-Winning studio ShadowMachine, where I proudly delivered 20 episodes of the Emmy-winning Clone High. Working alongside industry leaders like Chris Miller, Phil Lord, Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Joe Bennett, and more, I’ve learned how to balance iterative creativity with the realities of budgets and deadlines.

Today, I’m the Development Coordinator at Green Street Pictures, where I produce pilots and development material for cutting-edge animation projects. Whether it’s drama or comedy, I’m driven to create stories that entertain, inspire, and leave audiences wanting more. If you’re still reading this, I hope we get to work together one day!
